Overview

I found the Garcinia Cambogia Plus website easily and when I clicked the link I noticed that they have a colorful and easy to navigate page. They cover all the main bullet points as you scroll. They have some obligatory “skinny beautiful model” pictures but nothing that’s over the top. So far so good. As I’m scrolling through their information I noticed a few things that really stood out. First off, they only have 4 product reviews and they are at most 3 months old. This is a little concerning to me but I will break that down a little more later on. Everything on the page is a beat around the bush answer to a generic question. This is where I get a little uneasy. I don’t see a return policy anywhere. I also don’t see their label. I want to know exactly what is in the bottle. I was very happy to see the prices on the checkout page. So all in all, it looks like a good product, I do have some concerns. All in all, the product Garcinia Cambogia Plus looks and sounds great. It is made of pure garcinia cambogia and HCA, no other fillers. If you research Garcinia Cambogia, you will find that the addition of other “miracle plants” only hinders the effects of the HCA when it comes to weight reduction. The price of the product is great. I have two main concerns about this product. The first concern is that they do not list anywhere if the garcinia cambogia is paired with potassium, chromium or calcium. these ingredients increase the bioavailability making it more effective. This may explain the price. My second and main concern is that the sellers are a UK based company but it looks like the products are made here in the US. While I do appreciate that the products are made in the US, it sounds a little fishy and how can a company overseas have superb quality control over their product if they are so far away from the distribution warehouse? More customer reviews would alleviate these issues but with only 4 customer reviews dating back 3 months, I’m not sure I can trust them. They claim that there is only pure garcinia cambogia and HCA. If that’s really the case your body won’t be able to absorb all the HCA. In my research, I have found that calcium, chromium and potassium increase the bioavailability of garcinia making it more effective. This means that the 95% HCA doesn’t really matter because you won’t absorb all of it.

In my overview I had a few concerns about Garcinia Cambogia Plus that I would like to cover. First things first. I see that the product is made in a FDA registered facility that is GMP certified. This is a must in my book but what I am concerned about is the contact information places this business, Vita Balance, in the UK. If you look at their contact information they have a US address which alleviated my worry. That was until I Google searched that address. Take a look at the picture below of their US office…. Not quite what I was expecting. This makes me wonder how accurate the shipping times are as well as the quality control of the product. With only 4 reviews on the website I cannot give any credibility to what the customers have said. There is something to be said about purchasing from a U.S. company. How difficult is it going to be to reach the office in the UK when I can’t even get ahold of them via their chat service online? After a lot of digging I was able to find a “fine print” return section. It looks like you can return within 7 days if the package is unopened. If it is opened you have 30 days to return for a full refund. The policy is very vague and that worries me a little. I do appreciate that they have a chat option on the site but they never seem to be online to answer my questions. This takes me to the FAQ section of the website. I have a few concerns with Vita Balance but they could simply stem from a simple lack of information on Vita Balance’s side. Garcinia Cambogia Plus is also a UK based company but don’t seem to want to be upfront about that.

There are only 4 customer reviews on the Garcinia Cambogia Plus website. These reviews only date back 2-3 months. Of course they’re wonderful reviews with claims of losing 4-9 lbs. in just a few short weeks. The reviews are not unrealistic. My only issue is the lack of reviews. I think I need to see a few more and I would like to have proof that they are verified by Google. Either way they are good reviews but you can’t really go off of only 4 reviews for a supplement like Garcinia Cambogia.

Vita Balance Garcinia Cambogia covers most of my main concerns with this supplement but leaves me wondering on a few very important factors. They have 95% HCA, they use pure garcinia cambogia. I like the fact that it is made in a FDA registered facility in the US. I also really like the price! The price is very competitive in the market, especially for a UK based company. My concerns are the customer service and the return policy. I’ve been having a difficult time reaching them and I feel the return policy is vague. I also have a tough time with this product because I cannot find a picture of the label including the ingredients. That is very important for me to see before I spend my money. My last concern is the lack of reviews. It is hard to judge a company or its products without hearing about past experiences from other customers. These reasons combined are what determined my review of Vita Balance Garcinia Cambogia Plus.
