Overview

At first glance, this is a pretty clean website. They have images of the product and what it does so I don’t have to navigate to find out if I’m in the right place. Their YouTube video on the homepage gives a good overview of the product at hand without me having to dig deep to research. This version of Garcinia Cambogia Extra is paired with Raspberry Ketone. This sets this product apart from many others. I look at the contact us page and notice that they are located in Larnaca, Cyprus. If you’re not familiar, (I wasn’t and had to Google) Cyprus is an island west of Syria and below Turkey. This makes me wonder about the shipping times as well as the quality of the product. After locating Cyprus I went to the purchase page and was a little taken back by the pricing. At 49.95 for a single bottle they are quite a bit more expensive than the competition. If you’ve heard about Garcinia Cambogia through Dr. Oz you know about his guidelines for the pills to work. He requires at least 60% HCA and he also requires that the supplement be pure and void of any fillers or binders. All of the research I have done, leads to the same answers. The more HCA the better, but 60% is the minimum to see any sort of results. Garcinia Cambogia Extra is paired with Raspberry Ketones. This is a little alarming to me for two reasons. Adding Raspberry Ketone takes away from the concentration of Garcinia Cambogia. Also, Raspberry Ketone is not as effective as Garcinia Cambogia, according to user reviews. I feel that this combination would not be as effective as some of the competitors with 95% HCA in pure Garcinia Cambogia. The price is also a little high, presumably because it is being shipped from so far away? It might be because of the addition of Raspberry Ketone, however, you’ll find that Raspberry Ketone is usually cheaper than Garcinia so that doesn’t make much sense. This product doesn’t meet Dr. Oz’s guidelines and has a higher price point than most. I also don’t see where Garcinia Cambogia Extra is made. I’m guessing it’s not made in an FDA registered facility, which should raise some red flags. The ‘How It Works’ page is very vague and doesn’t tell you exactly what it does other than you will lose weight, so this is where I started to lose confidence. This page also only covers Garcinia Cambogia and what it does, with no mention of the Raspberry Ketone. Next I took a look at the contact us page. At this point a chat box opened up and I tried to ask about the return policy and didn’t get an answer. I may have just caught them right at their closing hours, though.

If you are interested in your Garcinia Cambogia being paired with Raspberry ketone, look no further, Garcinia Cambogia Extra is for you. This is the only one I review that isn’t 100% pure Garcinia Cambogia. They meet the requirement of 60% HCA but it’s not clear that you’re getting the proper mg because I can’t find an image of the label anywhere. I question the quality of the ingredients and production due to the fact of the business being located in Cyprus. Simply put, it doesn’t meet the requirements set by Dr. Oz in 2014.

There are only 4 testimonials on the website. Of course they are wonderful. One person states that they lost 28kg in just 12 weeks. With only having 4 reviews/testimonials on their page, its hard to establish sufficient confidence in the product. They have no verification either so take these testimonials with a grain of salt.

Summary

I’ll keep this review of Garcinia Cambogia Extra short and simple. I’m not a fan of the Garcinia being combined with Raspberry Ketone. I feel this only takes away from the potency of the Garcinia Cambogia extract. Speaking of the potency of the Garcinia; 60% HCA is the recommended minimum to see results, but it is just the bare minimum. Modern extraction techniques are now capable of producing up to 95% HCA, meaning that this product nowhere near the potency of the competition. This company is also based in Cyprus, so I question the ingredients in the product and the regulations they have when producing and packaging the product. I will say that the customer service is available and they don’t hide anything from their website. I have to give them kudos for that. The pricing is high for the HCA content as well. I can’t say if the product will work better with or without the raspberry ketone because there are not enough recorded studies that have been preformed with the two together. I do know that Garcinia Cambogia with 60% HCA is not as potent as Garcinia Cambogia with 95% HCA.
